Web Analysis Reports Cannot Display Alias and Data When its Alias Consists Non-Unicode Multi-Byte Characters (Doc ID 2183588.1)

Symptoms

Web Analysis(WA) cannot display an alias with meeting all of the following condition.
 - Web Analysis Version 11.1.2.4.
 - The alias includes non-Unicode multi-byte characters such as Shift-JIS, one of typical Japanese character set.
 - Using Web Analysis Studio and Workspace html.
 - Contains these characters in spreadsheet/chart, WA report cannot display alias and data.
    For example, when this issue occurs, Combo box cannot show double-byte alias member name and Combo box show space.

The issue is never reproduced in the previous versions.
