Goal

You are performing a horizontal scale-out cluster of OBIEE 12c. 

The Enterprise Deployment Guide 10.12 Setting Up the Global Cache and the System Administration Guide Setting Up the Global Cache documentation both state to use Fusion Middleware Control Enterprise Manager to update the global cache settings (path location and size).

The Oracle BI Server (obisX, nqsserver) NQSConfig.INI file states the following next to the global cache parameters '# This Configuration setting is managed by Oracle Enterprise Manager Fusion Middleware Control'

You would like to know if there is a method to manually or via script update the global cache parameters GLOBAL_CACHE_STORAGE_PATH or other cache parameters.
