Exalytics - OBIEE 11g Report Generates Different Results and Physical Queries(SAWITH Clause) Compared To Same Report in Another Environment (Doc ID 2186856.1)

Symptoms

When running a report in OBIEE 11.1.1.7.150120, the report is showing different query results and different SQL in Oracle BI server query log.

For example, when running the report in the Development environment, the physical SQL is generated with a "SAWITH" clause and shows correct, expected results.

When running the same report in the Test environment, the physical SQL does not include the SAWITH clause and shows incorrect results.

NOTE: While this problem occurred on an OBIEE environment on an Exalytics server, it can occur on any OBIEE environment.
