After Financial Close Manager (FCM) Users Are Removed From Shared Services, The Foundation Logs Contain Errors About The Removed Users (Doc ID 2188527.1)

Symptoms

You've removed a user from the Microsoft Active Directory (MSAD) and verified that the user no longer exists in the Shared Services UI. But the user is still available in FCM, as can be seen in the FCM_USERS table in the FCM schema. This is expected, as users for FCM must exist both in Shared Services and in Weblogic. Consequently, the User Sync process against Shared Services continuously writes errors to the SharedServices_SecurityClient.log:

User not available in configured user directories. Verify user details and user directory configuration."

Changes

One or more FCM users have been removed from MSAD.
