You've removed a user from the Microsoft Active Directory (MSAD) and verified that the user no longer exists in the Shared Services UI. But the user is still available in FCM, as can be seen in the FCM_USERS table in the FCM schema. This is expected, as users for FCM must exist both in Shared Services and in Weblogic. Consequently, the User Sync process against Shared Services continuously writes errors to the SharedServices_SecurityClient.log:
"[2016-06-23T03:33:43.282-04:00] [FinancialClose0] [ERROR] [EPMCSS-00668] [oracle.EPMCSS.CSS] [tid: 11] [userId: PROD_ADMIN] [ecid: 0000LLwBOusBHBA7bbFg661NQt38000001,0:1] [APP: FINANCIALCLOSETAXOPCOMMON#18.104.22.168] [SRC_CLASS: com.hyperion.css.facade.impl.CSSAPIImpl] [SRC_METHOD: getUserByIdentity] Failed to get user with identity msad://OBJECTGUID=\83\d4\dd\d1\bf\0d\bf\4f\8b\07\3c\d0\4e\62\3d\2d?USER. User not available in configured user directories. Verify user details and user directory configuration."
One or more FCM users have been removed from MSAD.
