OBIEE 11g: Report displays no results after applying Bundle Patch Upgrade To 22.214.171.124.150120

On Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) 184.108.40.206.150120,
- One of the OBIEE 11g report is not working as expected after the environment was upgraded to latest bundle patch 220.127.116.11.150120
- The same report was working fine in previous version 18.104.22.168.140715.
- Currently when the user run the report getting the result as 'No data available'
- But the same report when run with BI Administrator privilege, the report fetches data.
