DRM CSS Bridge Not Functioning With Separate Foundation Server (Doc ID 2192438.1)

Symptoms

1. External users defined in Shared Services are unable to logon to the DRM web client in a distributed environment but internal DRM users can log on without problems.

2. After trying to log on with a CSS user the following error is seen in the DRM web interface:
DRM-12547: Timed out while validating user account info via CSS bridge.

3. The DRM NetJNIBridge host is not running on Foundation Server.

Changes

There were changes to Min and Max Port numbers for DRM's Port Range on either the DRM Server or Foundation Server.
