On : 11.1.2.4.000 version, PBCS

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When trying to connect to PBCS from Smart View in Excel, unable to connect to the cloud instance and see the server name listed, but the line where the applications should be listed we see a blank.

We also get the error “Argument sId in the request is an empty string or NULL”.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Should be able to see the applications in Smart View.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Smart View and connect to the Planning application.
2. Cannot see the apps
