Users are presented the error "EPMHFM-65536: An unexpected error has occurred" when trying to register an application or open an application which has been created using the 'Duplicate Application' feature.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login successfully to Hyperion Workspace.
2. Navigate > Administer > Consolidation Administration > Applications > select an application > click Duplicate Application icon
3. After successfully completing the duplication of the application, select it from the application list and attempt to register the application. You are immediately presented with the reported error.
4. Attempt to open the recently duplicated application and you are immediately presented with the error and the application will fail to open.

Changes

 This issue would most likely be presented in a new installation in which MS SQL SERVER is configured as the environments database.  However, it would become a problem if you were to introduce MS SQL SERVER as the database in an existing environment.
