Symptoms

Task “SDE_ORA_PostionDimension_TypeBUpdate” inserts duplicate records to W_POSITION_DS hence task get failed with unique key violation

If there are multi records due to SCD2 change in target table W_POSITION_D then mentioned ETL bring duplicate records caused unique key violation
