Financial Close Management (FCM) Actions Issued Via Email Do Not Get Applied In FCM (Doc ID 2200873.1)

Symptoms

You've configured FCM to send actionable email to applicable users, such that the email message contains a link. When the recipient clicks the link, this should issue an action command to FCM (such as the approval or submitting of a task). Instead, the command does not get through to FCM. In the Enterprise Manager console, there is visible confirmation that SOA received the email correctly. If the user manually logs into FCM and executes the same action as intended by the email, the action completes successfully.
