One User Cannot View Journals But Other Users Within the Same Security Group Can (Doc ID 2204506.1)

Symptoms

A single user, can access the Journal Tasks features and also alter the Point-of-View, however, the Journal content will not successfully display.  This affected user may be provisioned for another HFM application where this functionality works without issue.  Additionally, other user accounts provisioned with the same Security Group can successfully access and see all content.
