Goal
During BIAPPS installation, when using repository creation utility to create BIAPPS repositories on Oracle Database as a Service - High Performance Enterprise Edition or Extreme Performance Enterprise Edition, the process fails at "Checking Prerequisites" -> "Checking requirement for specified database" step.
