Information in this document applies to any platform.
Users receive the error "EPMHFM-7304: The system was unable to create the log file." when attempting to load any Application Elements. The error may be intermittent if the impacted environment contains a cluster of more than 1 Financial Management Application Server in which folder permissions are not equal. This behavior may also present itself as a pop-up Error "Unable to upload the file"
