When Trying To Load Data To A Period In Account Reconciliation Manager (ARM), An Error Occurs: "Unable To Contact Data Management Application" (Doc ID 2208868.1)

You're attempting to run a data load in ARM. The load fails with an error: "Unable to contact data management application. Verify if data management application is running".


The ARM log contains additional errors:

401 definition:
The request has not been applied because it lacks valid authentication credentials for the target resource."


Financial Close Management (FCM) Patch Set Update (PSU) (23520920) has recently been applied to the environment.
