You can reproduces the issue with SampleAppLite.rpd.

Reproducible steps:

1. Create a dashboard prompt based on "Sample Sales Lite" using the following columns.

"Products"."LOB"
-Include "All Column Values" choice in the list : Enable checkbox

"Products"."Product Type"
-Include "All Column Values" choice in the list : Enable checkbox
-Limit values by : "LOB"

"Offices"."Office"
-Include "All Column Values" choice in the list : Enable checkbox

"Offices"."Department"
-Include "All Column Values" choice in the list : Enable checkbox
-Limit values by : "Office"

2. Place the prompt on a dashboard page and run it.

3. Select any value for the first prompt (say "Products"."LOB").
This automatically sets the value of 4th prompt ("Offices"."Department") as "All Column Values".
