Symptoms

When running Financial Reporting (FR) report, a particular user is not able to see the list of members for the dimension he is trying to select.  User can only see the one top member and are unable to expand to see the other member choices in that dimension.  Other users with the same provisioning can expand the whole dimension member list to select a member.
