OBIEE 11g : Presentation Variable Passed in the Action Link is Reset When the Paging is Pressed

Symptoms
On : 11.1.1.7.150120 version
In Analysis, create a report with some Prompts and pass the value to the Presentation Variable.
When you move to other analysis by the action link, it is ok to have the correct Presentation Variables.
But when pressing the paging button, the Presentation Variables are reset.
You can reproduces the issue with SampleAppLite.rpd.
Reproducible steps:
1) Create a Analysis(A) with four columns, for example,
- Per Name Year
- Per Name Half
- Per Name Quarter //Add an Action Link pointing to Analysis(B)
- Revenue
2) Add following Prompts for Analysis(A), for example,
- Per Name Year
Set a variable : Presentation Variable --> name as "p_Year"
- Per Name Half
Set a variable : Presentation Variable -->name as "p_Half"
- Per Name Quarter
Set a variable : Presentation Variable -->name as "p_Quarter"
3) Add following Filters for Analysis(A), for example,
- Per Name Year is prompted
- AND Per Name Half is prompted
- AND Per Name Qtr is prompted
4) Create a Analysis(B) with four columns, for example,
- Per Name Year
- Per Name Half
- Per Name Quarter
- Per Name Month
- Per Name Week
- Calendar Date
- Revenue
5) Add following Filters for Analysis(B), for example,
- Per Name Year is prompted
- AND Per Name Half is prompted
- AND Per Name Qtr is prompted
6) In Results tab of Analysis(B),New View -> Other Views -> Static Text
7) In Results tab of Analysis(B),New View ->Filters
8) Open the Analysis(A), Click the Action Link to go to Analysis(B). The Presentation Variable passed correctly to Analysis(B).
9) When pressing the paging button, the Filters view and the Presentation Variables are returned correct value, whereas the Presentation Variables has been reset in the Static Text.
