OBIEE 12c: After Upgrading To 126.96.36.199 Kerberos SSO Is Not Working Between Analytics And DV/VA

Kerberos SSO has been successfully configured in OBIEE 12c since 184.108.40.206. The kerberos SSO provided single sign on for OBIEE (Analytics) and seamless integration with Visual Analyzer/Data Visualization on-premise. Additional sign-on to DV/VA was not required with kerberos SSO configured.
After upgrade to 220.127.116.11, SSO between Analytics and DV/VA is no longer working. Navigating to 'new home page' or clicking 'Visual Analyzer projects' requires additional sign-on.
