OBIA 11g: 'EmailAddressesPEOLastUpdateDate' Attribute In 'VO' FscmTopModelAM.PersonAM.GlobalPerson are NULL (Doc ID 2214542.1)

Symptoms

EmailAddressesPEOLastUpdateDate' attribute in 'VO' FscmTopModelAM.PersonAM.GlobalPerson, shows up as NULL.

Scenario:

Some of the employees email address are not showing up, upon checking few in the the TL some are available , but in HRA we were not able to get it through the report that we publish for the business.

Observations:

1) Full load BICC extraction data files of the VO “FscmTopModelAM.PersonAM.GlobalPersonForETLPVO” shows that nulls were extracted for email address columns. Hence null values are seen email address column in SDS.

2) As per the functionality ideally when we add an email address to the employee, email address last update date time also should get updated with the current date (record update date) but strangely the email last update time column was stamped with old date < our Last extraction date.
Since the email address last update time for the above two sample employees < Last BICC extract date, BICC Extractor is not pulling these records during the incremental loads.
