"The selected Member is not Valid for the Specified Member List." Error while changing Entity Members in Web Entity Data Form

Symptoms
In the case where the following conditions are satisfied:
1) There exists Entity dimension member whose label names are longer than 13 characters.
2) The members are included to a dynamic member list.
3) The dynamic member list is set to a "Selectable POV List".
If changing the entity number in data form for the "Selectable POV List", the following error comes.
Error "The selected member is not valid for the specified member list."
