Hyperion Financial Management functionality and features become unresponsive. Users are able to successfully login to Hyperion Workspace without any issue, but when a HFM application is clicked, the system "hangs". An outline of a windows may appear however, no content will render. Connections attempted using Oracle Smart View for Office result in time out. After restarting all services functionality temporarily returns until an additional occurrence of the error take place.
