Issues With HFM 184.108.40.206.203 On Exalytics - takes time to load application

We can open a sample app (COMMA) but then after some time, after the application is shutdown, we can notice issues in the workspace. The application does not open again and shows "loading application COMMA" in the workspace with no results. Consolidation administration also has issues then showing "loading".
After some time we can see timeout errors in the logs, and after several minutes and timeouts on both app servers, the application starts again.
