OBIEE12c BIEE Components Not Starting After Install (Doc ID 2222177.1)

Symptoms

Installation of OBIEE 12.2.1.1.0 with Horizontal clustering for production environment and after following the steps mentioned in the doc:

The BI components will not start after clicking on start all button under Availability tab.
