You've logged into the Shared Services console and you plan to add users. You see this error as you try to add them:

"EPMCSS-02866: Failed to update group membership. Error connecting to Native user directory identity store. com.hyperion.hit.registry.exceptions.RegistryException: Failed to create new database connection using datasource.RootCause:[weblogic.common.resourcepool.ResourceLimitException: No resources currently available in pool EPMSystemRegistry to allocate to applications, please increase the size of the pool and retry..]. Verify Native user directory status and configuration."
