Symptoms

During the creation of a new ODBC data source for Hyperion IR, getting problems connecting to the database using the Data Direct 7.0 Drivers.
The error received is:

[Oracle][ODBC Oracle Wire Protocol driver][Oracle]TNS-12514: TNS:listener could not resolve SERVICE_NAME given in connect descriptor (-1)

Recently migrated from 10g single instance to 12c RAC on Exadata
