When users attempt to connect to Financial Management via Oracle Smart View for Office, they are immediately presented with the error "Unable to connect to the provider." Smart View and Fiddler Trace logging captures the failed attempts.
End-user receive the Oracle Smart View for Office error:
"Unable to connect to the provider."
