In Close Manager, Column/Attribute Selections Are Not Retained In Task List View (Doc ID 2224197.1)

Last updated on FEBRUARY 16, 2019

Applies to:

Hyperion Financial Close Management - Version and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

You've logged into Close Manager under Financial Close Management (FCM) as an administrator and opened a Task List for viewing. You click the Columns button to add new attribute columns to this view. The selected columns appear as expected. When you toggle between schedules via the Display dropdown, the new columns are still there. But when you switch from a schedule to a template and then back to the schedule, the new columns disappear. This does not affect non-admin users, as they have access only to schedules, not templates.

1. Select a schedule and add the "Description" column.

2. Change the view to a template.

3. Open the schedule again. The "Description" column is gone.
