Symptoms

After upgrade from OBIEE 11.1.1.6.x to 11.1.1.9,  no Administrator user is unable to access any catalog or any folders in Catalog Manager via online connection .

Error:

An error has occurred. See error log for more details.

" javax.xml.ws.soap.SOAPFaultException : FailedAuthentication : The security token cannot be authenticated"
