Goal

Oracle BI Applications - Why is W_SALES_ORDER_CREDIT_F table empty?

ETL run with no error. However target table W_SALES_ORDER_CREDIT_F never has any record even from Day 1.
Source table is Oracle EBS table - apps.OE_SALES_CREDITS, it has data but BI Applications W_SALES_ORDER_CREDIT_F table is empty.
