You've logged into ARM and opened a reconciliation for viewing. You click the Ending Balance and try to drill through to the source system, Financial Data Quality Management Enterprise Edition (FDMEE). But FDMEE does not load, an error appears: "JBO-26061: Error while opening JDBC connection".

Errors are seen in the FCM logs:
