Symptoms

The HFM 'Import Application' feature fails.  In the BRC_<appName>_Import.log for the attempt, the following error will be recorded:  (Note: The BRC log is located in the directory <EPM_ORACLE_INSTANCE>\diagnostics\logs\hfm where Financial Management Server is configured)
