Symptoms

Act As functionality has been enabled.

A Custom SSO solution is being used with 10g initialization blocks authentication.

When logging in through the SSO URL and trying to Act As another user, the screen flashes, and the user is still logged in as the same user.

The following error appears in the bi_server1-diagnostics.log file:
