LifeCycle Management (LCM) Imports Of Account Reconciliation Manager (ARM) Artifacts Fail With Error: "Insufficient role error"

You're attempting to use the LCM utility in Shared Services to import ARM content from one Financial Close Management (FCM) environment into another. The process fails, and the LCM log shows the below messages. Despite the error text, the user performing the import does have sufficient authentication.
