EPM IR Jobs Are Not Running on AIX 7.1 (Doc ID 2234011.1)

Jobs schedule for the Interactive Reporting Queries in the EPM Environment are not running.

The "Interactive Reporting Job Service" and "Interactive Reporting Intelligence Service" status shows as starting (yellow status) in Workspace.

The agent log in $HYPERION_HOME/logs/BIPlus/ is showing the following error:

java.lang.Exception: 0_default_irbi_27dc176b3e0cc6ed5c611d9b1390eb96d2279e7 :Failed to read IOR

OS is AIX 7.1 and RTE 13

Recently upgraded OS to AIX 7.1 RTE 13
