OBIEE 11g: Path Not Found '.sawxd' Error in Sawlog (Doc ID 2235367.1)

We got the error in sawlog; tell me the impact of this error.

I found the related error message in OBIEE 10g or 11g: Error: "Invalid state identifier...Error Code: GV3MWW29" when in SSO Enabled Environment (Doc ID 1087513.1), but none of the parameters <MemoryExpireMinutes> nor <DiskCleanupIntervalMinutes> change the minutes to delete .sawxd file under the <INSTANCE_HOME>/tmp/OracleBIPresentationServicesComponent/coreapplication_obips1/sawvc directory.
