Symptoms

The following error is encountered when opening the  Dimension Library or the Application Library.

HTTP transport error: javax.xml.soap.SOAPException: javax.xml.soap.SOAPException: Bad response: 503 Service Unavailable from url http://<ohs_servername>:19000/hyperion-bpma-server/Sessions.asmx
