Symptoms

You're attempting to import and/or export FCM and TM artifacts using LCM. When attempting to view the artifacts in Shared Services, the following error appears: "EPMLCM-12000: Improper format for migration definition file."

When trying to run LCM via the utility.sh/.bat script, another error is observed:

"WLS ManagedService is not up running. Fall back to use system properties for configuration.
javax.xml.rpc.JAXRPCException: oracle.wsm.common.sdk.WSMException: WSM-00112 : Missing keystore service instance reference in Oracle WSM JPS context."
