OBIEE 12c : Could Not Start Obis1 And Obips1 Services After Installation

You have fresh installation of OBIEE 12C, but after you installation, you are unable to start obips1 and obis1 services.
9514(obis1), 9507 (obips1) both port are available when use lsof -i tcp:xxx command to check
and when you try to manually restart obis1 by using command start.sh -i obis1, it report below similar message:
