Symptoms

After upgrading to DRM Version 11.1.2.4.343, when string to start the application the following error occurred:
Oracle.DataAccess.Client.OracleException The provider is not compatible with the version of Oracle client at Oracle.Drm.DalFramework.DataAccessLayer.set_Provider(DbProvider value)
at Oracle.Drm.DalFramework.DrmDataAccessLayer.set_Provider(DbProvider value)
at Oracle.Drm.DalFramework.DataAccessLayer.AssignSettings(DalConnectionInfo settings)
at Oracle.Drm.DalFramework.DrmDataAccessLayer..ctor(DalConnectionInfo settings, Boolean ignoreVersion)
at Oracle.Drm.Global.Initialize()
at Oracle.Drm.Engine.Host.Program.Main(String[] args)

Changes

 Upgrade to 11.1.2.4.343.
