Error while generating reports in OBIEE 11g

The error message displayed while accessing reports/Answers tab.Some users are able to access while some are facing the issue with the same browsers.

Sometimes below error will also be noted in the Saw.log:

"Error loading XML Document from saw.dll/answers/saw.selections.xml?fmapId=S95f4Q"

Caused by: weblogic.jdbc.extensions.PoolDisabledSQLException: weblogic.common.resourcepool.ResourceDisabledException: Pool mds-owsm is Suspended, cannot allocate resources to applications.. 
at weblogic.jdbc.common.internal.JDBCUtil.wrapAndThrowResourceException(

This is happening after upgrading the version of IIS from 7.0 to 7.5.

OBIEE version:-
OS version:- 2008 R2

New Web server details:-
IIS:- 7.5
OS version:- 2008 R2

Old web server details:-
IIS 7.0
OS Version :- 2008


Issues occurs after upgrading the version of IIS from 7.0 to 7.5.
