On a new Installation of Oracle Business Intelligence Application (OBIA ), 11.1.1.8.1 Version

After Applying the PB6 bundle patch (Doc ID 2005366.1) , logging into BIACM throws the below error :

"oracle.apps.bi.lp.gen.LPGE_Exception"
