Title View Tool Tip On Report Title Name Does Not Show Description (Doc ID 2245801.1)

In OBIEE 11.1.1.7.x an Analysis would display the saved description as a mouse over tool tip Analysis tile in a Title view.

After upgrading to 11.1.1.9.x, the Title View tool tip would either display the Title or description.

For title view using the saved name, the description would display.

For title views using a customer title, the custom title would display.
