Informatica: Not Able To Start Informatica Service

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Fresh Informatica installation on SDDC environment. During installation you will be able to start the service.
However, after enabling the encryption from database end, the Informatica service cannot be started.
Enabled encryption from database side.
