Unable To Access or View OBIEE Dashboard Using Oracle BI Mobile (Doc ID 2247748.1)

Symptoms

Login as a normal (non-admin) user and go to the "Search" screen.  You see "Shared Folders" then "XYZ" folder > "Dashboards" > "No results found".  Users are unable to open or view their dashboard.  Weblogic user has no problem.
