Files are not getting downloaded from UCM to OBIA.

The scenario: EXTERNAL_STORAGE_INTEGRATION_DOWNLOAD is failing with the below error

com.sunopsis.tools.core.exception.SnpsSimpleMessageException: ODI-17517: Error during task interpretation.

java.lang.Exception: The application script threw an exception: oracle.stellent.ridc.protocol.ProtocolException: java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out BSF info: Download from UCM at line: 0 column: columnNo
