OBIEE 11g : Agents taking More Time to save

On Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) 11g , Analytics
It takes time to save a new Agent/ibots (about 4 minutes or more) in the "My Folders" directory.
During this time, the screen appears to freeze (no working icon or feedback) for about 4 minutes or more and then after some time the save dialog disappears and things are fine.
