Delete contents of FileTransferData folder

Description -
In a customer's HFM environment, the FileTransferData and Web\FileTransferData are taking up 26GB and 13GB.

"E:\Oracle\Middleware\user_projects\epmsystem3\products\FinancialManagement\FileTransferData" --> 26GB
"E:\Oracle\Middleware\user_projects\epmsystem3\products\FinancialManagement\Web\FileTransferData" --> 13GB

This is causing disk space issues.

Inside these folders I see, among others, a list of folders with names similar to "cba68f9a-e905-4027-a6cb-b7ddd8297e23", many of which are from 2016 or older

Question: Can I safely delete these folders? (those that have names such as "cba68f9a-e905-4027-a6cb-b7ddd8297e23" and are inside the FileTransferData and Web\FileTransferData)
