 On 11.1.2.4.340 version, Product Usage

New install of DRM hangs on Loading

Done a new install of DRM v11.1.2.4 on a Windows server with no CSS. Creat an application and managed to login to the web client. However, as soon as logging in, the session just hangs on Loading. Looked at a document which says to delete the web.config file on server, but it doesn't say in which folder. There are several web.config files on my drm sever.
