Information in this document applies to any platform.
Users are associated with a created role that should allow them to create new agents; however, they are not able to see the option to create the agent.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Try to create Agent from the New menu dropdown
2. Admin user can see Agent option, BI user with 'Create Agents' privilege cannot
