Running a MaxL Script Crashes with Segmentation fault (core dumped) (Doc ID 2252660.1)

Symptoms

MaxL crashing with 'Segmentation fault (core dumped)' when running a MaxL script on a Unix server.   The crash occurs when using either of the following command:

essmsh {maxlscript}
./startMaxl.sh {maxlscript}
